Swollen gums

Red, tender gums starting to annoy you?

Diabetes effect your teeth and the gums that hold your teeth together. This is due to the fact that the risk of infection greatly increases in the gums, due to your lowered immune system. So if you start to get more pain in your teeth and gum, this can be result of your gums starting to separate from your teeth. This also causes your teeth to become looser and more painful.
