Hunger pains

Eating more and more but not gaining weight?

If you find yourself eating a lot more and actually losing weight you should probably investigate if you have any other symptoms.

When your body has excessive amounts of blood sugar levels, it will try to create more insulin in order to try and bring back the levels to normal. In type 2 diabetes, the body is resistant to the insulin increase. But normally the function of insulin is to stimulate hunger, and when you don’t have normal levels of blood sugar, you have more insulin in you, which causes you to get hungry and eat more food.

Hi Jan, I was looking up similar symptoms for my husband who has been having bad hunger pains in the morning and even after eating on occasion. So far I ran into Peptic Ulcers.
